Executive Board Members
Officers of the Executive Board are elected each May and typically serve two year terms as able. The Executive Board meets for the half an hour prior to the regular PTA meeting.
President: the president runs both the Executive Board meetings and the regular PTA meetings, creates the agenda for the meeting, coordinates with other board members and volunteers to organize events and fundraisers, meets with the principal to discuss school matters, receives all requests and correspondence for the PTA, signs legal documents, and guides the PTA's overall goals.
Carrie May-Borich
Vice President: the vice president positions organize and oversee the PTA events and fundraising campaigns, coordinating with other volunteers and the president as needed. If necessary, the senior vice president takes over the presidential duties.
Sara McHenry

Elyse Harshbarger
Treasurer: the treasurer handles the PTA's bank account, depositing money and writing checks as needed, keeping track of all financial interactions, creating an annual budget and maintaining a ledger, filing any necessary IRS forms, and compiling monthly financial reports as well as the end of year report.
Jim Carver
Secretary: the secretary takes notes during the PTA meetings and types them up for approval, keeping a helpful and accurate record of what went on at meetings.

Other Positions
Hospitality: the hospitality coordinator is not an elected position, but a volunteer that commits to the position for the year. The hospitality coordinator organizes and oversees the Spirit Week activities, Parent-Teacher conference dinners, and Teacher Appreciation Week activities and gifts.
